Bulk E-Waste Station Bin - BES-240-xxxxx
At some stage, most Australian households store potentially hazardous materials such as batteries, paints, chemicals, and gas bottles. Whilst these items are restricted from Roadside Collection, the EPA and Local Councils are increasingly encouraging residents to attend Community Recycling Centres. These centres ensure this problem waste can be safely deposited, and where possible, recycled.
As community awareness and demand increases, the efficiency of these centres is key.
The Bulk E-waste Station is designed for Community Recycling Centres to provide clear diversion streams for smaller problem waste items, which can then be efficiently managed with minimal manual handling.Classification

Coffee Cup Recycling Bin - COFFEE
In Australia, the majority of us start the morning with a coffee. It is a habit many of us love, including the addicted team at Source Separation Systems, however the downside to Australia’s addiction is that approximately three billion takeaway coffee cups are placed in bins annually, which often contaminate recycling streams.
The highly visible, fun Coffee Cup Separation Station has been designed to address the litter risks associated with this waste, and ensure lids, cups and liquid are all cleanly separated into individual streams, making it easier to recycle more components, if the technology is available.Classification

Compact 5 Kitchen (FOGO) Caddy - KCAD-5-xxx
Achieving high organics adoption is all about providing convenience. For some spaces, the conventional Kitchen Caddies are just too large.
This 5 Litre Compact Caddy retains all our usual features. There is no sacrifice on the opening width for plate scraping, and it cleverly retains the educational advantages of the in-mould label. However, with the new thin design, the Compact Caddy cleverly optimises space.
If you can fit a cereal box in your cupboards, you can pack away this caddy, making it perfect for MUDS, lifestyle and retirement villages. In corporate spaces, the sleeker design fits more neatly in kitchenettes behind the sink, or next to the coffee machine to collect tea leaves and coffee grinds.
This Compact Kitchen Caddy is specifically designed, printed and manufactured in Australia, for Australian families. Reflecting our team’s commitment to the circular economy, the unit is manufactured from at least 80% Post-Consumer Recycled Content, usually collected from the contents of council roadside collection bins.Classification

E-Waste Recycling Bin Station - EWASTEP
The E-Waste Bin has been designed as a corporate solution to both consolidate the collection of common E-Waste items, and importantly, educate users about what should be recycled.
E-Waste is Australia’s fastest growing waste segment with a comparably low recycling rate. This is alarming considering the risk of E-Waste when buried in landfill, and the fact that over 90% of many E-Waste products can be recycled.
Often customised by our industry experts in partnership with customers, this E-Waste Bin is both an effective educational statement and collection solution to address the growing challenge of E-Waste in corporate spaces and communities.Classification

Choosing Equipment
Here are some key questions to help guide your decision:
- How much recyclable material does my business generate?
- What are the energy, water and labour inputs? Do I need 3 phase power?
- Is the equipment’s capacity suitable for my throughput?
- What are the Work Health and Safety implications? Is staff training provided by the equipment supplier?
- Who will take the processed material away and at what cost, or will they pay me?
- Will I need development consent from my local council? Do I need an Environment Protection License or need to amend my existing license to operate the equipment?
- What is the cost/benefit to my business?
- Are there noise, waste water and other outputs?
- Do I have the space to site the equipment and operate it? Is there truck access for servicing?
- Can the supplier provide me with references and the opportunity to see the equipment in action at another business?
